Pricing All invoices are payable in pounds sterling and are subject to V.A.T at the current rate. Lots of Pots Ltd reserves the right to amend prices without prior notice. Pre-Pricing Retail labelling service is available including barcodes. While every effort is made to ensure the accuracy of retail prices, the customer will not hold Lots of Pots Ltd responsible for any errors made and any losses ocured. Payment Terms Payments are due by the end of the month following the month of invoice unless otherwise stated. Interest will be charged at 8% over the Bank of England base rate, as per the new European Directive (www.payontime.co.uk) on any overdue accounts from the date on which payment was due. The customer shall also pay all legal and other costs incurred by Lots of Pots Ltd in recovering any overdue accounts in which title has been retained by Lots of Pots Ltd. All goods remain the property of Lots of Pots Ltd until paid in full. Lots of Pots Ltd is entitled to repossess any goods at any time. Claims All breakages should be notified within three days of delivery and be kept for inspection. Where damage to goods is visible at the time of delivery, these must be recorded on the delivery note. Where goods are sold as a set, credit will only be given for the actual damaged article.Pottery can be porous which may result in water damage to any surface. Lots of Pots will not accept any claims for damage to any property. Display Stands All display stands remain the property of Lots of Pots Ltd. Lots of Pots Ltd have the right to repossess any display stands that are not being used for Lots of Pots products. Lots of Pots also reserves the right to repossess all display stands from any non-active accounts. Data Protection Details supplied may be held on an information retrieval system. Lots of Pots Ltd does not pass any marketing information to any third party. Lots of Pots Ltd or their appointed agents will carry out any credit checks with a licensed credit reference agency. If you do not wish us to carry out these checks, please contact our accounts department.
